Day 1 (28/02/2014) :
All was first time.
Register, check-in,& get luggage in airport.
Also sitting on the airplane D7 504 for 6 hours.
Here was 3pm++ GMT+9
I reached the airport
A cold & strong air blew when I had step out on the Incheon Airport.
I would like to say it was totally different with Malaysia.
Here was 5pm GMT+9
Weather - Cold;
Environment - Full with korean character, trees that did not have any leaf;
Wearing - some wore jacket & sweater, some covered with thick winter jacket;
I was just wearing a single layer and sweating inside the airport after a long run to chase for the meeting time.
The wind totally cure my tiredness.
Sitting on the bus and traveled the destination - Chungbuk National University
with 2 hours ++ time...
8pm GMT+9.
I reached the university.
10pm,
after setting up everything,
I finally had my dinner...
but quite Jit Duo... Hahaha...
Seriously,
was freezing...
Unfortunately,
something happened with my room and I couldnot get a key..
& Luckily my friends calvin & teck ken shelter me... XD
Day 2 (01/03/2014):
8.30am GMT+9
Woke up in the morning,
could not really sleep well as the room temperature was freezing...
I still did not know how to set the heater as all the characters here was written in Hangul...
But we managed to translated and wondered the meaning for each buttons...
Walking around Chungbuk National University,
everywhere was korean/chinese...
Looking at how strong the local people were as they doing their outdoor sports such as basketball, tennis, football & etc...
Just a short trip,
will be details later...
& now i understood how important korean was in south korea...
you could not expect them to speak english...
end up with whole day misunderstanding & communication problem...
just because I could not get my room key...
First dinner in their cafe...
I could say far better than UM cafe...
just that I not yet used to the taste...
Thanks to the pro networker Calvin,
managed to create an adhoc wifi for phone so that we could interact with other by apps...
First shower in the room...
felt like wanna stay in the bath room for the water heater...
Day 3 (02/03/2014)
Finally I got my room key~
and I traveled around cheong ju...
invited by others foreigner friends to their church for talk...
not really know where it was...
haha...
Shopping at the E-Mart, Samsung...
having first mcdonald meal...
expensive than malaysia...
Mc Chicken costed around 4500won roughly around rm 14
After finished purchased some necessity
back to uni and unpack my things...

Day 4 (03/03/2014)
Orientation Day,
All gathered Main Building E10 Room 351...
introducing their university,
briefing what to do for example applying alien registration card, student id card issuance & etc...
Met my buddy and went to the department of software for course registration...
Unfortunately,
all of the details were in korean...
facing plenty of problems...
and my department did not offer any course that taught in english...
even the registration system was in korean...
Luckily my department had 2 girls that know english and helped me lots...

Day 5 (04/03/2014)
Went out took passport photo in the morning...
looking for the digital photo shop...
but I couldnot find the shop mentioned by the CIA...
Luckily a female cashier leaded us to a photo shop to take photo...
I was quite touched when I saw the cashier left her work and brought us to the place...
13,000 won!?
this passport photo was so expensive...
and more embarrassing thing happened when a passport photo that I took in Malaysia dropped out from my wallet...
My passport and photo was kept my CIA for the alien registration card...
First class in this semester,
korean language beginner class...
beginning was totally did not know what the lecturer was talking about...
the korean characters were spoken in a speed of light....
And I was wondered was this the correct class?
Answer was no!
He taught to others who knew korean very much to change their class as this class was really just for me, exchange students to take...
After that,
I went to the office and ask for the registration stuff...
the staff was clearly explained the information that I asked...

I went out and walk around SaChang-Dong

Day 6 (05/03/2014)
Heading the english conversation 1 class in the morning...
Met a lecturer need Gary, a foreigner...
he was old but he was young in action...
quite an interesting guy...
then went out again to purchase skin lotions...
and also facial masks...
because my skin was too dry until crack...
meanwhile,
I also chat with my buddy...
tell her my problems...
and what I planning to do...
And she told me regarding "Kkotsamchuwi" 꽃샘추위
where 꽃: flower, 샘: jealousy,추위: cold
was a phenomenon that blow away the bloom
which brought a meaning of the beauty of spring season made other jealous and wanna spoil the scene...
Day 7 (06/03/2014)
Went to TOEIC class in the morning...
Unfortunately,
the lecturer taught in korean...
I had no way but left the class...
Afternoon,
went to the medical examination..
omg...
korean character again...
filled it randomly bah...
Night,
went out with Jun's buddy...
She named Ju Li and with her friend Mi Jin,
together went to a restaurant and had a dinner...
She was talkative and able to speak english accurately...
After finished the dinner,
My friends and I went to purchased wine...
and drunk together in hostel...

Day 8 (07/03/2014)
this morning,
calvin and tecken slept deathly...
so I emo ate alone...
I met my buddy today,
she named so im (소임)...
thanks to her,
i settled the dormitory fees...
meanwhile,
we chit-chat a lots...
elementary school graduated at 13 years old,
middle school graduated at 16 years old,
high school graduated at 20 years old...
afternoon,
met teck ken's buddy & go to office settle some stuff...
then wash my cloth in the dorm~

Today,
went to 대현지하상가...
quite a busy road for shopping...
& I purchased a humidifier & a skin cream..

Wow~!
was snowed~!
but just from 7am-10am...
