This semester will end by next month...

Which mean that I will be having my final exam for this semester at that time...

Gosh!!

However,

I do not really having any mood for study...

Perhaps of the tiredness?

Perhaps of no motivation?

Perhaps of the laziness?

Perhaps of over confident?

Haha...

not known...

At least I know study hard is not the key of success,

having the good relationship with the people is the key behind of success...

Which is countering my point of view to the world...

Since I was child,

I hate to be a human...

Because human creates problems...

However,

in the reality,

I am a human...

     After I had watched the video that made by seniors, now I understand why they had selected me. And again, seniors had disappointed me.      Woke up at 4am in the morning, prepared for having a long journey. 5am gather at faculty, waiting all the people arrived. 5.30am, depart from KL to Perak. 3 hours we took to reach the destination - UiTM Sri Iskandar. They have organised Promed@CS/12 that include Programming Competition & Multimedia Competition. UM had sent 2 teams to participle the multimedia competition. First time involved in such competition, totally a stun when reached there. We had to promote the video we made to the visitor (judges and participants). Totally speechless... Below were the participants from UM.

     After finished the mission, we had to find a place to set up and heritage hotel was our selection

09 December 2012
     Heading back to KL after finish the stuffs in UiTM. Damn, having a long long queue in the highway and did not know which stupid made jam. It took us 6 hours to reach KL. Hungry... trapped in traffic jam without having dinner. Met with those accountant people and having *supper* together..

     From the conversation, i felt that accountant people really strong, no wonder they were able to survive in the course.

10-12 December 2012
     Overnight at KK9 and rushed for the database assignment, 12 hours work... Finally settled an assignment, followed by the Audio Synthesis assignment. Sang the song and finished the report in 1 day. After everything is done, I felt I had free!! having bak kut teh in Subang Jaya as my dinner~!

     After finished presentation section for Digital Image Processing, we had decided to go to petaling street. Having lunch and hanging around the petaling street. 1 year I had never been to petaling street, having a big different now due to the construction of MRT, many buildings had disappear...

     But the famous drink & eat no change, I still like to eat^^

     Working very hard for doing the graphics using opengl, finally I completed the task: able to produce a 3D vehicle structure (tank), a perspective view from any angles, lighting and shading effect and texturing. I still wondering my coding skill not yet good enough for me to produce a tank game due to insufficient of knowledge.

     While working with the homework, also won't forget to have fun with the new born family -- Pokemon

     Although this day was christmas day, it did not sound special to me. I had used to be alone, sitting in front of my laptop (my only friend always beside me). Kept on waiting for any message or phone call to invite me for having a meaningful day. I always repeating this behavior for years, still the same, nothing special.

     I didnot think that it was a time for me to enjoy since the stupid time table like to set the examination during holiday mood was turned on. I had to go through this system for 2 years more. Every time looked at people went for count down while I needed to sit at home & worked hard for the examination.

     However, I did not really have the mood to fight for the CGPA recently. Tiredness? I was not that greedy, just aiming for second class upper atleast had CGPA 3.33 & above

     The last 21st birthday party I attended should be Chloe birthday party, a primary friend. And thank for her help, I met lots of primary friends during the party. We had been chatting for 3am in the next day morning... LOL, talking a lot of primary stories.

     Each of them having theirs life now, either working or studying or both.

P/S - while I am cleaning my phone's gallery, accidently realize the picture in the blog also disappeared. Since when I synchronized it!? Argh...

                Database test, yet I had finished my reading on the course. Was too many & I was doing last minutes work. However, I thought that last minutes work better than you never prepared for the test. Luckily, this semester, I was quite giving full attention on what lecturer lectured in class. Thus, although I did not finish the reading, I was able to answer the questions during the test. I had not confident to score very well but at least could score more than the half.

                Another lab test for audio synthesis, where testing my Csound coding. What I could say was ‘not challenging at all’. The answers was in the notes, if you memorised all the codes he gave, definitely could answer the questions. Why I said not challenging? It did not test how much we understand the code but just copy paste only. And I was quite frustrated on my course mates, they did not really go and understand what they were writing, just copied and pasted, when error came out, kept on asking me why? Really sometimes I wanted to reply them, if you did not understand then why you still could write the code? Coding was not used no matter how hard you listened to lecturers lectured, you really needed to explore yourself and understand by yourself.

                I was accepted a job from PTUM to do an animation trailer for the theater department. All the tasks came to me suddenly. OS assignment had amended; Thinking and communication needed to write an IT proposal; Database needed to find a company; Digital Image Processing assignments and etc… No choice, I had spent whole for the OS assignment to amend my code and worked on documentation part.

                I was glad that I had such a superior group mates/ friends who are taking CS, Calvin & Johnson. I had no worry about the documentation and presentation parts of doing the OSAssignment. Because I was really not good in writing!! Thus 23/25 marks for OS was in hand!

                It was a nightmare... While I was busy dueling with the assignments, suddenly been caught to be a representative from UM to participle a multimedia competition which held by UiTM... Another burden... I had to prepare a video which show the moral values. argh!

                Opengl another assignment to produce a game? And again, I choose the toughest part to do... hope I can come out somethings before sunday. And the Audio Synthesis... why! you guys really suck la! Now I really need to sing in front of you guys for the assignment... The pattern of you guys I really understand very much edi... This was why sometimes I really afraid of working with you guys as a group... Is there any faults to perform well in academic while you guys treat me as 害人精?

                FCSIT seniors were announced to be graduated from UM this day. Juniors from the faculty were going to “throw” the graduators up as to celebrate theirs graduation. Never notice that there were so many seniors in my faculty & they appeared on that day.

                Besides, seniors were very satisfy with the new built buddy system by our batch & planned to have an outing afterward. We spent our time by having our lunch together in SS2.

I had been to Neway Karaoke Box SS2 with my course mates to relax ourselves after went through or fighting with the assignments past few weeks. An unstoppable singing from 1pm to 7pm & continued by dinner until 10pm. Totally crazing whole day! Unfortunately I lost my valuable necklace on that day which made me a bad memory.

                One of my best friends, Johnson, also could be considered as my little brother because we were stayed at the same hostel in the previous semester. Perhaps was fate, under a hostel event, we formed a family named: Popeye & I was the eldest among the family. Thus, I was the one who managed every single events or plans in the family. However, since this year I had left the hostel, Johnson had inherited my position. He asked to help him on managing another new family currently he in: Pokemon. I could see the stress face he was. He took extra credit hours from 20 to 22 this semester. Plus he was still involved in AISEC and having a higher position in there. Besides, he joined another community name Microsoft xxxxx (I forget what the name already). Did not know what to comment on him. After having a badminton match with my course mates, forced to rush to hostel and met my formal members & new members. Besides celebrating the birthday, I had discussed with the formal members regarding to the change in the members. Did not bath until 9pm then I only back home to have my refreshment. Continued by having supper in Bomboom Sea Park with them. GOD!

                Having a gathering dinner with ex-colleagues who were worked together at the E2 Power Sdn Bhd. After separated for 1 year, each of them looked different when I 1^st knew them during that time. Almost most of them were no longer working at the company anymore. I thought one of the main reasons was stress. Luckily I was working as data entry clerk that time which was lighter workload when compared with them. Having dinner at KLCC, Kiki, is a Taiwan food restaurant.

There was a big different between a person who entered working life & a person who did not. In term of maturity, a person who entered working life would improve lots in every field such as communication, level of thinking, managing & handling & etc. Due to the imperfectness of human being who was easily controlled by emotional, greedy & jealousy. The society was all about money, & losing theirs human kind. Even a couple today was not like the simple love story.

In a company, I thought it was good if you had a good performance on your job. However, from the facts of my ex-colleagues, it was hard to believe that a senior staff would use any bad methods in order to kick out an ‘enemy’ who had potential to be upgraded. Here came to my question: how to improve?

                Hard to imagine that this week I was having so many mature conversations with friends. This was another conversation with a primary friend who just left a company that she was suffered for years. It was obvious a newbie would work hard when he/she started to enter working life. She had been cheated by a company who offered her diploma to degree programs where job would be provided to pay the fees and end up with nothing after finished the program. Luckily she noticed it and stopped the program.

                It was hard to believe that people could take advantages of the loyalty of a person. Especially for the young generation who was lack of experience to the society. Angriness to the lier & sadness to the young generation who treated by them. 

Beginning of second year

                This day was my first day that started of second year life in the UM. After past 2 months having a long rest, I was fully recovered from the tiring first year life. Looking forward to learn more and know more about the majoring that I took. 22 credit hours sound heavy for this semester but I had to get rid of it. Besides, even was the same faces, but different outlook & style, I still able to recognize my course mates in my faculty. Kept sharing the experience we had for the 2 months holidays. I had a new change among of my course mates. I stayed in my house instead of staying in college. I had to drive to campus everyday and suffer during traffic hours.

                My timetable for Wednesday was packed, starting from 10am to 5pm, did not have any break between them. Thanks to my 10am – 11am period lecturer, extended her time from 10am – 12am, no time for lunch. Besides, I had met with a new lecturer who was going to teach us Audio Synthesis which made me worry about this course. Based on my first year experience, my CGPA had badly spoilt by a new lecturer. However, because of him, I learnt to be independent without referring anybody. After knowing the schedule that the new lecturer gave, almost every week would be having a quiz, an assignment and a tutorial. Well, let’s see first, because the teaching style of the lecturer was different with those lecturers I had met before.

                Just 1 word, stress. Having a replacement tutorial class from audio synthesis. He gave us a time limit to submit the tutorials and asked us to explore the audio software – Csound. Honestly, I just learnt to use Csound, knew nothing about it and he wanted us to submit the tutorial by this day. Again, struggling the tutorials, tried very hard to understand the questions, understand what lecturer wanted from us and familiar to Csound. Unfortunately I had to sacrifice my database lab section to rush this assignment which I felt very sorry to the instructors.

                Finally submitted the first assignment of audio synthesis, but disappointed with the quiz just now. Perhaps I did not prepare well before taking this quiz. Each time when the lecturer told me that the quiz or test or exam was very simple, I felt that was a lie for us to not be tension. Unfortunately, I thought that was a sentence which would disappoint me after finished the test. And the lecturer of operating system gave to all multimedia students a challenge in order the break the record from previous multimedia senior to score an A for operating system. I wondered whether I could pass with a flying colour in this semester or not since there were 3 new programming language had to learn such as Matlab, OpenGL and Csound. Furthermore still I was having 2 heavy subjects: database and operating system.
